Las Chapas - is a quiet Marina Playa de Las Chapas is located in the Malaga town of Marbella, in the east side of the coastline. A beach with an ambiance and glamour present in the surrounding clubs, including the popular Nikki Beach. It stretches across 750 metres corresponsing to the residential area of the sames name and is about 25 metres wide.
It is one of the prettiest and most famous beaches in Marbella. That popularity does not affect its tranquility. Playa del Las Chapas is usually not too busy, which makes it even more special.
Although the numbers do increase in peak periods, the average occupancy rate is maintained throughout the year.
Quite a large number of restaurants and high quality establishments are located in this part of the coasy as well as beach clubs, whose model of leisure, entertainment and glamour finds its most
spectacular version in Marbella.
Cabopino is a quiet Marina situated between Marbella and Benalmadena. This is a much smaller port than Benalmadena with its own truly Mediterranean style. It is often overlooked by the tourists mainly because it is not visible from the road, but like all the costal Marinas it has some very good restaurants and bars, as well as a lovely beach and golf courses.
Just inland Cabopino Golf Course is very scenic with views to the mountains and the sea. There are popular beaches to the either side of the port where some good beach bars are located. To the
west of Cabopino is the clothing optional beach of Playa Artola or Playa de La Dunas-Carib. This is the only section of beach in Marbella that is backed by extensive natural dunes and the only
section of coast that is not urbanised.
