Rental Rules

NO Early check-in or late checkout.




This is a NON SMOKING property and terrace.





A security deposit of £TBC is required. This must be received immediately following the booking of the holiday property. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, deposits are non refundable.

The Security Deposit is payable two months prior to arrival and is subject to the following provisions for return:

There is no damage to the property caused through abuse or misuse, and left in a fair And reasonable state and not requiring an extensive clean.

All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish bin, and soiled dishes are

Placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.

All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.

All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.

No linens are lost or damaged.

NO early arrival or late departure.

Parking passes are left inside the unit upon departure.

The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or local

law enforcement.





An advance payment as agreed, the deposit and the advance 100% of the rental rate is required 2 months prior to arrival, or in the case of late bookings immediately following confirmation.

Please make payments via bank transfer, PayPal or World Pay.

Cancellation Within the first 24 hours of booking will receive a full refund of deposit.Thereafter,cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

The maximum number of guests is limited to as agreed in the booking documented.





This property requires as agreed in the booking form.




Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Utlities fees are included in the rental





Option A) While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not

included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate.

We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property.


Option B) While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not

included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate. We do not permit

bath towels or linens to be taken from the property, but we provide extra beach towels

for your use at an optional extra rate.

Any booking obtained under false pretence will be subject to forfeiture of advance

payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.



Any exceptions to the policies mentioned above must be approved in writing in advance.




Parking is available in all properties and is subject to advice on arrival.





All exceptional circumstances will be advised on arrival. All utilities charges are included within rental.



It is your responsibility to take out adequate travel insurance and cover for the duration of

your trip.

Pet Addendum


It is hereby agreed that the homeowner will not allow guests to have pets and no

others in the holiday home, upon and subject to the terms and conditions of the rental

agreement and this addendum.
